About MTR Project

MTR Project

Formed in 2020 this Northwest Band finds its roots in the streets of Olympia, Tacoma and Seattle.

Frontman Martin Thomas Reed spent a decade living in the grips of addiction and homelessness, his music pulled him through.

As Martin recovered, he met veteran Seattle musicians Dave Rees and Mike Hommel.
MTR Project was born. The band really came together with the addition of guitar players Andy Beech and Brody Rees. Andy is the most accomplished member of the band touring with Ozzy Osborne as Zakk Wylde's tech and as a master luthier building many of Prince's guitars including the "Symbol" used during his Super Bowl performance.

Brody Rees brings the fire and energy, the youngest member of MTR Project teams with Andy as dual leads on guitar.

From their debut EP and on their first full length final release "Always A Way Out" MTR's story of struggle, survival and triumph is ready to inspire.

A true Northwest original, MTR Project is taking is blues based Hard Rock sound to the masses.
