Introducing yet another spot to quench your thirst at Edgefield – the Tea House Bar, adjacent to Ruby's Spa and the soaking pool. Stop by to admire this lovely little spot, with its view of the pool landscaping and blazing floral pipe art! Choose from a selection of loose leaf teas, McMenamins ales, light food items, cocktails made with tea and more.

And if you're a guest of the hotel or Ruby's Spa, you're welcome to enjoy a drink inside the pool area – just imagine slipping into the saltwater with a cool Chardonnay, a Sunflower IPA or perhaps a Ginger Zap, made with hot ginger-hibiscus tea, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, a touch of honey and ginger-infused vodka. Ahhh....
