This cozy subterranean venue is named for Al Winter, Portland's erstwhile gambling overlord who, in the 1940s, managed his vast empire from this very location. Today, this space is an ideal spot for a casual meeting, team-building session, holiday get-together and more, for up to 75 guests. Enjoy a full bar and catering menu, along with complimentary Wi-Fi service. A stage & PA is available as well, fees apply. Available 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday, and until 2 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. Ringler’s Annex, right next door, also available on a limited basis; ask your coordinator!
