Heather Christie & The Starlettes

Portland based Singer/Songwriter Heather Christie was born to a family of tree farming musicians in the Pacific Northwest. As a baby, she attended her dad's rock shows under her mama's poncho. Early on she picked up the family 1942 Martin guitar and began writing music. Heather was raised singing around the piano, jamming on porches, performing in music tributes and radio theater. She has released several albums including; Are You Willing, Live, Love Road, and her latest EP Heather Christie & The Starlettes. From solo act to full band, Heather's vocal style & distinct songwriting have traveled nationwide. Follow Heather Christie on Instagram to find out where she's playing next!

About Al's Den

Head downstairs at the Crystal Hotel to hang out in this venue named for Al Winter, Portland's 1940's gambling overlord. Enjoy a craft libation in this intimate, speakeasy-style space where live music and comedy fill the air.

Hours:
Sunday-Thursday, 3-10pm
Friday-Saturday, 3pm-midnight

Happy Hour served Sunday-Thursday, 3-6pm
(21 and over only after 5 pm)

The menu features local ingredients, house-baked breads, desserts and pastries from the Crystal Bakery, a specialty cocktail menu and an affordable yet approachable wine list, while a well-trained waitstaff provides a comfortable and welcoming guest experience.
