Keeping the timeless sound of the Grateful Dead alive for the next generation, Dead Sometimes brings together the songs you love to sing with the jams that make you dance.
This gritty Northwest jam band from Portland OR, consists of Mac Brown (guitar, vocals), C.J. Mead (guitar, vocals), John Slovik (guitar, vocals), Curtis Waterbury (bass), Ben Skoch (keyboards, vocals), Chris Palmer (drums), and Austin Stewart (drums, vocals). Together, they create that feeling of digging into a song, letting go of the rest of the world, and giving it everything you've got.
These guys have been playing together for more than a decade in various iterations, including several members currently performing with Cow Paddy Stompers , Love No. 1 , Christopher John Mead , Steely Dawn, Norwester Sky, and the Austin Stewart Quartet . They came together for the love of the music, friendship, and good times.
