35th Anniversary of Our First Beer
In 1985 McMenamins was just dipping our proverbial toes into the mash of the beer-brewing world, and in October, we produced our very first beer, Hillsdale Ale, named for our brewpub that created it. Glorious experiments followed, and 35 years later, we have a few more breweries, a few more beers on tap, and all of our original enthusiasm for Great Beer.
