When we were trying to find inspiration for our entry to the North American Organic Brewers Fest coming up in June we turned – as we often do – to the Notorious B.I.G. for guidance. The resulting California Common style beer is a light amber lager fermented at ale temperature with a malt profile smoother than Biggie’s rhymes, and a hop presence to provide the balance that will have you “going  going back back” for another.

Outdoor tunes! If the weather turns, we'll head inside to the Church. But what if it's booked?! Well, we wouldn't want to intrude on someone's wedding or something, so we'll have to cancel in that case. You win this round, Mother Nature!
