Undeniable Proof? Debate Rages on Over McMinnville UFO Photos

Isn’t it funny how life can change radically in just a few moments? Something that initially seems innocent and banal can spiral out of control, rapidly take on a life of its own and have major impact on a national and even international level.

This very sort of thing happened in a big way here locally to a humble rural family outside of McMinnville, Ore., just over 50 years ago. A simple chore that usually seemed uneventful became, in just a few chaotic seconds, a life-transforming experience, and a pair of snapshots would vault onto the world scene, forever altering the debate surrounding the search for extraterrestrial life and UFOs.

Hear all about this incredible moment in American history that happened right here in our own backyard, and later inspired our UFO Festival, widely considered to be one of the best and largest in the U.S.

Author, journalist and TV personality Nick Pope used to run the British Government's UFO project at the Ministry of Defence. Initially skeptical, his research and investigation into the UFO phenomenon and access to classified government files on the subject soon convinced him that the phenomenon raised important defense and national security issues, especially when the witnesses were military pilots, or where UFOs were tracked on radar.

While working on the MoD’s UFO project, Pope also looked into alien abductions, crop circles, animal mutilations, remote viewing and ghosts. He is now recognized as a leading authority on UFOs, the unexplained and conspiracy theories. He does extensive media work, lectures all around the world and has acted as presenter, consultant or contributor on numerous TV and radio shows.
