About James Beard Dinner
Locals (as well as foodies) will know that this father of American cuisine used to summer here in Gearhart. We will pay homage to his great work as a chef and culinarian with this multicourse dinner. Recipes will be pulled from his 1964 classic, Delights and Prejudices, called his greatest authored work. We suggest you book a room at the hotel for the evening, so the fun doesn't have to end.
