Paeter’s Imperial Porter (Barrel Conditioned)-
The oak barrel started off in the distillery holding brandy. It then made its way to the winery where is was filled with a wonderful Syrah. And now for almost one year it has held this beer. The flavors and aromas the barrel aging imparted (oak, red wine, vanilla, and more) make this beer so exciting.
Malts: Gambrinus Pale and Vienna, Grain Miller’s Flaked Barley, Great Western C-120, Baird’s Chocolate
Hops: Centennial, Crystal
OG: 1.076 TG: 1.014 ABV: 8.0 IBU: 11 SRM: 38
