** THE BEERS **
Delta Delta Double IPA- (John Barleycorns · Brewer: Tim Proctor)
A double dose of Delta hops were used to create this deep golden over the top double IPA. The first thing you'll notice is the large amount Cascade hops that were added late in the brewing processed to create this beer's strong hop aroma. All of the spicy citrus hops add a bitterness that stands above the slightly sweet toasted malt flavor.
Malts: Superior Pilsen, Victory, Crystal
Hops: Delta, Zeus and Cascade
OG: 1.080 TG: 1.012 ABV: 8.75 IBU: 75 SRM: 7
Heavy Weight IIPA- (Oak Hills · Brewer: Stephen Harper)
The Heavy Weight Double IPA is just about as big as it gets. Coming in at an astounding 8.5% ABV, This beer will knock you right off your barstool. ABV aside, the Heavy weight packs an enormous Hop Punch. Bittered with High Alpha Nugget hops, a sharp yet floral bitterness will be the first thing that hits your senses. After that initial blow of hops comes a one two punch of Centennial and Cascade hops. Twenty pounds of hops went in to this behemoth of an ale, three of those pounds came in the form of pelletized dry hops added directly to the fermenter. After those hops have had a chance to sift through the entire batch of beer, The Heavy Weight was transferred into a bright tank to condition and become as crystal clear as it can be. Additionally, a rock solid handful of Cascade whole flowers were added to each keg upon kegging. If hops are what you love most about beer, hop into the ring with the Heavy Weight!
Malts: Superior Pillsen, Flaked barly
Hops: Nugget, Cascade, Centenial
OG: 1.078 TG: 1.012 ABV: 8.5 IBU:100 plus SRM: 4
Institutionalized Imperial IPA- (Crystal Brewery · Brewers: Tony Balzola & Alex McGaw)
This beer is over the top yet well balanced. A mixture of noble hops and high quality malt work in unison to create a delicious and strong beer. The hops are spicy and floral with just a hint of citrus. The body of the beer is full with just a slight sweetness. Surprisingly easy drinking for being almost 9.00% in alcohol.
Malts: Golden Promise, Aromatic, Carapils
Hops: Nugget, Willamette, Golding, Crystal
OG: 1.086 TG: 1.018 ABV: 8.77 IBU: 100+ SRM: 7
Prize Rooster Double IPA- (Cornelius Pass Roadhouse • Brewers: Brady Romtvedt & Chris Oslin)
High, resounding notes of blossoms and citrus let you know you are in his barn. Admire his white head held high as he struts his well-proportioned body across the yard. Notice the deep orange luster of his feathers courtesy of a multigrain diet. Raise your glass and toast the Prize Rooster Double IPA-the Roadhouse's finest.

Hops: Centennial, Citra, Mosaic
