Pigs on the Wing 20th anniversary tour 2025-2026
Portland, Oregon based Pink Floyd tribute Pigs on the Wing announce the
band's 2025-2026 production, 'Animals'- a 2 set Pink Floyd concert experience
featuring a full performance of Pink Floyd's 1977 album Animals - and full
second set highlighting the very best of Pink Floyd's Roger Waters-era catalog.
Animals is Pink Floyd at their heaviest and most epic, weaving complex
progressive rock arrangements into a single conceptual vision unlike anything the band had done before.
Fans can expect Pigs on the Wing to deliver a precise, hard-hitting, true-to-the-music performance of the
classic 1977 Animals album melded seamlessly with Pigs on the Wing's trademark willingness to explore the
improvisational side of Pink Floyd's music - and to let their own musical strengths guide the journey. This
year's show will additionally showcase a second full set of carefully curated Pink Floyd music from
throughout the Roger Waters era - including the hits and some deep cuts as well. In the spirit of Pink Floyd,
Pigs on the Wing's Animals 2025-2026 tour features an immersive visual dimension including a spectacular
light show and live projection mapping for a concert experience unlike any other.
This tour also celebrates Pigs on the Wing's 20th anniversary as a band. From its garage-rock roots in 2006 as
a one-off club show, to hundreds of shows and thousands of miles in the van and on the road, to immersive
multimedia productions in top venues throughout the West Coast, Portland Oregon-based Pink Floyd
tribute Pigs on the Wing has built a loyal following dedicated to the band's high-energy take on Pink Floyd's
music. All members of Pigs on the Wing are seasoned veterans of the Pacific NW rock scene and are
unapologetic in bringing their wide-ranging musical influences to the table. Setting the band aside from
other tribute-rock acts, Pigs on the Wing balances a decidedly un-tribute-like attitude towards the music
with the precision and authenticity expected by Pink Floyd fans.
