The Resolectrics

"Rhythm, Rock 'n' Soul"

Resolectrics at heart are a classic rhythm & blues band. But like the pioneers of rock & roll in the '50s, '60s and '70s, Resolectrics draw inspiration from many sources in the roots of American music to create an original and soulful blend of rock, R&B, and folk. Their ragged-yet-heartfelt harmonies, bluesy riffs and swampy grooves are sure to move you. Resolectrics' electrifying live performances showcase the group's dedication to drummer, Les Ismoore's motto: "Feel is King".

Resolectrics are:

Rhumen Boord - keys, vocals

Johnny Brenda - guitar, vocals

Les Ismoore - drums, vocals

Peter Doubt - bass, vocals

The Tomorrow People

The Tomorrow People are a hard rocking power trio that draws on a wide variety of influences for its unique sound: Black Sabbath to The Beatles, Elvis to Zeppelin, Bowie, The Stooges, the old blues of Howlin' Wolf to the modern blues of The Black Keys. They were formed in 2009 by frontman Riley Geare, with the current line up coming together in fall 2010. The music is heavy on power riffs, guitar solos, and a red hot rhythm section, but also features the occasional mellow, jazzy number and vocal harmonies. The overall band sound has been frequently described as "face-melting!" They are in the process of recording their debut full-length record, and are looking forward to rocking the Northwest in 2011 and beyond!
