Blue Bonnet
(Vanilla Bean & Boysenberry Ale)
Blue Bonnet is a light, crisp, and refreshingly fruity ale with a twist. Slighty more tart and fuller bodied than our Ruby recipe, this beer is made with Oregon Fruit boysenberry puree and carefully blended with vanilla bean. Like a slice of mom's boysenberry pie à la mode, but served in a pint glass.
