About Limited-Edition Beer Tasting
In 2012 we will be working to showcase the distillery/brewery connection at our Edgefield limited-edition beer releases.
So, to kick things off, we give you...
La Dame Poire
With her given title, "The Lady Pear," this Ruby has been dolled up for the winter season. Asian pears have been soaked for over a month in Edgefield Distillery's Pear Brandy, then infused in our popular raspberry Ruby Ale. An elegant fruit ale, this beer is sure to please any sweet tooth. One keg only!
