Set in a small town in the middle of Oregon wine country, the UFO Festival explores and celebrates the possibilities of life beyond Earth. Skeptics and believers alike are invited to enjoy all the events happening throughout the weekend! 

Events (besides speakers) are free • All ages welcome (unless noted)
Tickets to each speakers' event are $10, and are available at the door, as well as a 3-event pass for $25.

D. SchmittUFO Speaker: Donald R. Schmitt

Schmitt is the former co-director of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies, where he served as Director of Special Investigations for ten years. Schmitt is the author of dozens of articles about UFOs, as well as the co-author of two best-selling books, UFO Crash at Roswell (Avon, 1991 and Witness to Roswell (New Page, 2007), and The Truth About the UFO Crash at Roswell (M. Evans, 1994). He is also the author of Roswell: The Chronological Pictorial (Moonset Entertainment Group). Schmitt has led and organized the only three archaeological digs at the Roswell crash/debris field, conducted in 1989, 2002, and 2006.

YSmithUFO Speaker: Yvonne R. Smith

UFO abduction researcher Smith (known in UFO circles as "Hypnotherapist Yvonne") received her hypnotherapy certification in 1990, specializing in cases of post-traumatic stress disorder. Smith has observed that many of her PTSD cases involved subjects with similar patterns of UFO abduction encounters.

TomReedUFO Speaker: Tom Reed

Tom is the son of a prominent former Connecticut mayor and attorney. Reed is now known as part of a multigenerational alien abduction case – he and his brother Matthew, his mother Nancy and his grandmother have a documented history of multi-generational abductions that date back to 1954. The family began reporting their alien involvement to local authorities, MUFON and aerospace groups in the mid-1980s, while their individual cases have been investigated by several groups for more than 20 years.
