It's a beer party in the barn–the quintessential fall gathering! Hear from the brewers as they introduce their favorites, all paired with a custom, seasonal menu:

  1. First Course
    Fall Salad – Blood oranges, dried cranberries, apple and pecans
    Paired with: Blood Moon Lager
  2. Second Course
    House Made Beef Tartare and Bone Marrow
    Paired with: Nehalem Lager
  3. Third Course
    Fall Ceviche and Avocado Mousse
    Paired with: Citra SMASH
  4. Fourth Course
    Braised Pork Cheeks and Hazelnut Mashed Potatoes
    Paired with: Red Giant
  5. Dessert
    Fig Panna Cotta
