About Dan Haley's Friendharmonic Orchestra: A Year of Sundays

Dan Haley's FriendHarmonic Orchestra returns to Kennedy School with a retrospective show we're calling "A Year Of Sundays". This will feature a collection of the bands favorite originals and covers including selections from the various theme and tribute nights with one or two new tunes thrown in for a peek forward.

Dan Haley's FriendHarmonic Orchestra started as a duo with Dan Haley

(vocals/guitar) and Tim Acott (bass/vocals) playing a regular Sunday night gig at the LaurelThirst Public House. In search of a larger sound they added Randy Givens (Drums), Janet Julian (vocals/guitar), Russ Miller (guitar), Jack Hofman (harmonica/sax/sax), Peter Boesen

(keyboards/flute) and Dave Duffield (cornet). The group plays Haley's originals as well as choice covers. They also worked up theme nights based on Holidays as well as tributes to influential artists such as The Lovin' Spoonful, The Kinks, Michael Nesmith and Van Morrison.
