About Naomi Hooley

Marinated in the 1970's and cooked to piano pop perfection.
With the vocal clarity of Neko Case, Hooley's vocals will command your attention almost as much as her driving piano that mirrors the audacity of a young Elton John or a velvet-flocked, furious Carole King... Not just another girl on a piano.

About Rob Stroup

Having written and recorded his own songs since his high school days, Stroup, now a veteran of the music industry, got an early start in fame with his first roots/rock band, The Baseboard Heaters. His continued songwriting craft has consistently picked up steam, and his music has reached the airwaves in many forms-including radio rotation, commercials, and even an NBC sitcom. The success from The Baseboard Heaters has now led Rob to his current musical project, Rob Stroup and The Blame. Continuing on within the genre of roots/rock, this Portland based quartet is armed with compelling, kinetic songs that pull the listener into their tapestry of dusty, rolling plains; bittersweet relationships; and poignant introspection. Stroup's solo shows bring these themes right to the forefront of his music.
