About Nexus Cask-Conditioned Pale Ale
This is a moderately bitter pale ale with a big hoppy finish. While the Marris Otter malt and specialty grains give it a nice biscuity maltiness, the generous hop additions really shine through to create a nexus of beautiful flavors. Goldings are the primary bittering hops and several pounds of cascades are used for dry-hopping to give Nexus Pale a huge floral and citrus aroma.
Malts: Marris Otter Malt, Torrified Wheat, Oat Malt, Acidulated Malt, Amber Malt, Carastan 30L, Crystal Rye 70L
Hops: Citra, Goldings, Cascade
OG: 1.051 TG: 1.009 ABV: 5.3% IBU: 35 SRM: 8
