About Carolina Kölsch

The Kölsch is a style that originated in the city of Cologne in Germany. Kölsch not only refers to the style of beer brewed in Cologne but also anything that has to do with the quaint German City. With that in mind, I have brewed the Carolina Kölsch with traditional German Ale yeast. Kölsch is bright like a pilsner but technically still Ale as opposed to Lager. It is crisp, light and refreshing. Prost!
