Angry Cherub - (Raspberry Stout)
Dark, roasty, chocolate flavors provide the back bone for the Angry Cherub. With the addition of a conservative amount of pure fresh raspberries, the Angry Cherub would make a most excellent dessert beer. With a terminal gravity of 16, this stout has a enough residual sugars to smooth out the often bitter quality of Black Malt. Pair up with a slice of Chocolate cake and make it a memorable experience.
Malts: Pale Malt, Crystal-40L, Munich Malt, Black Malt
Hops: Centennial, Cascade, Brewers Gold & Crystal
Other: Oregon Fruit Rasperry Puree
OG: 1.054 TG: 1.016 ABV: 4.9% IBU: 31 SRM: 33
