About Clifford The Big Red IIPA
The Clifford is a red, double IPA. Not to be confused with a double red IPA. The red color of Clifford is a big part of what make this beer unique, but it's the hops that are the star of this show. First – wort hoped with Brewers Gold hops, this addition contributes to both the bitterness and aroma of the beer. Additionally, generous portions of whole flower cascade, nugget, crystal and sterling hops give Clifford an exotic, floral and aggressive hop profile. A strong addition of cascade pellets directly to the fermenter gives Clifford a strong citrus aroma. Red IPAs are one of my favorite styles of beer. I hope you enjoy it.
Malts: Pale malt, Melanoidin, Crystal-40, Rolled Oats
Hops: Brewers Gold, Cascade, Crystal, Sterling, Nugget
OG: 1.085 TG:1.015 ABV:9.0% IBU: 100+ SRM: 15
