Infra-Black IPA
A proud entry into the new style known as Cascadian Dark Ale, the Infra-Black IPA conceived by Mill Creek brewer Tannar Brewer takes a traditional Northwest IPA as its base, then receives the added complexity of the same black malt that gives our Terminator its dark glow. This complicated base is then balanced with Centennial and Amarillo hops.
Malts: Superior Pilsen, Two Row, Munich, and Crystal 40L
Hops: Centennial and Amarillo
