Progressive garage rockers Acting Captain hail from Oregon's capital city, Salem. Singer/guitarist Sean McLeod, bassist Robert Keith and drummer Dan Reisner have been creating their own brand of no-frills rock 'n' roll for nearly fifteen years. The quartet has undergone several different lineups and monikers, but most recently added guitarist Shawn Thornhill to shape its current formation. With heavy bass lines, thunderous drums, and harmonizing guitar leads, the group brandishes a sound that is both familiar and fresh. Acting Captain's debut album "On The Rocks" will be released independently on February 1st.
