Indie-Gypsy/New Orleans Swing
The group's latest release is a collaboration with the New Orleans Jazz Museum and GallatinStreet Records. It was recorded live on November 8th, 2017 in the Old US Mint in the FrenchQuarter. The album includes the band's rowdy gypsy jazz take on classicslike the BoswellSisters' Shout Sister Shout and Bei Mir Bist Du Schoen. It also features the band's new originalcompositions and special musical guests and dancers. This eleven-song collection marks theband's third release to date.The album is released with Gallatin Street Records, a new record label to represent the NewOrleans Jazz Museum. The museum maintains an archive of historic New Orleans musicrecordings, and gives new artists an opportunity to add their voices. A portion of the proceeds goto supporting these great programs and the museum itself.
