Matthew Nelson Price is a folk/americana singer/songwriter from Silverton, Oregon.  His thoughtful and honest lyrics draw comparisons to John Prine, Guy Clark, and Todd Snider and he combines them with rhythmic, acoustic melodies with a laid-back vocal style a la Jack Johnson.   His latest release, Live at the White Eagle: Presented by Local Roots Music NW, is a six-song solo live EP recorded at McMenamin's legendary haunted rock 'n' roll hotel in Portland.

Head downstairs at the Crystal Hotel to hang out in this venue named for Al Winter, Portland's 1940's gambling overlord. Enjoy a craft libation in this intimate, speakeasy-style space where live music and comedy fill the air.
