The Crystal blocks (nicknamed "rock-n-roll row") border Pride Plaza and anchor downtown Portland's West End, making an awesome place to work. Live music in the Ballroom, Al's Den and Lola's Room, plus a fun mix of tourists and diehard Portlanders, add to the vibe. Come work with us!

We are hiring for a variety of positions:

Age 16 and over

  • Hotel Housekeepers
  • Hotel Front Desk Staff
  • Food Runners

Age 18 and over

  • Line Cooks - eligible for $1,000 hiring bonus after 90 days of successful employment
  • Kitchen Assistant Managers - eligible for $1,000 hiring bonus after 90 days of successful employment

Age 21 and over

  • Bars Assistant Managers
  • Pub Assistant Managers
  • Catering Captains
  • Catering Servers/Bartenders
  • Servers
  • Bartenders
  • Security/Guest Services - must be able to acquire Dept. of Public Safety Stnds. & Training certification
