The Seymour Baker Band
At the core of the band are Mark Seymour on acoustic guitar and vocals and Rex Baker on bass guitar and backing vocals.
Their organic sound combines a blend of intricate instrumental interplay and silky smooth vocal harmonies that a provides a new interpretation of songs from the last 60 years.
An accomplished songwriter, Mark's original songs are sprinkled liberally throughout their set lists.
These experienced musicians explore a wide mix of music styles including Folk, Blues, Americana, Rock, Country and Gospel. Seymour Baker Band weaves an intimate ambiance of fine music for your dinner party and fine restaurants; but they can turn it up so you can dance all night long.
Mark performs regularly as a solo act. Along with Rex and Mark, Seymour Baker Band kicks it up a notch with Tommy Taylor, Jimmy Adamson or John Garcia on percussion.
