Gourmet Syrah Dinner

Kick off the weekend with a Viognier Reception featuring notable Northwest Rhone-style white wines; conversation with winemakers; and tasty hors d’oeuvres. For the seated Gourmet Syrah dinner, Black Rabbit Executive Chef Chris Rattaro will prepare multiple delectable courses that are paired with Northwest Syrahs.

1st course salad
cervena farm venison carpaccio/ crispy shallots, horseradish, pimenton gastrique, red sorrel

2nd course soup
Morrocan spiced chickpea soup, wheatberries, turmeric, cilantro, harissa

3rd course
Grilled Hawaiian Nairagi with oven dried tomatoes, capers, black olives, roasted garlic, crispy eggplant

4th course
The Lamb Plate, grilled lamb chop, house smoked lamb sausage, slow braised lamb neck, fingerling potato & pea croquette, grilled leeks, sauce romesco, lamb jus

5th course
Cheese Andazul , pickled onion, house steak sauce, grilled baguette, wild watercress

6th course
Chocolate marquise, sour cherries, syrah caramel, black pepper merigue
