Koko & Karma
Koko & Karma live on the gulf coast of Florida near Tampa. They came together five years ago and have been playing music and creating art together ever since. Koko Ray Hansen is a multi instrumentalists playing flute, saxophones, clarinet, harmonica, guitar, keys, vocals,and percussion. Karma's vocals compliment Koko 's voice to create a beautiful blend, and her work on percussion add an extra excitement to the Duo's already Dynamic show. Koko & Karma have recorded several albums together on Screaming Armadillo Records as a Duo and with their six piece band Koko Ray & The Keepers. They are a touring and Recording act that blend many influences into their original music. Koko Ray Hansen grew up playing Jazz in Atlantic City N.J. .Koko Ray Hansen has in his forty plus year career has shared the stage with Dizzy, Elvin Bishop, Clarence Clemons, Jimmy Bruno, and B.B. King just to name a few. Koko & Karma will be doing a mix of Jazz Standards, Originals, and Americana. Something for everyone.
