Originally created in 1991 at the Thompson Brewery, the black magic of this Porter casts a spell over all who drink it. Brewed with generous quantities of black and roasted malts, the Widow’s hints of licorice and caramel are spellbinding.

Thompson Brewer Jen Kent has crafted our seasonal Black Widow Porter and other dark, unique brews fit for the season. Stop by for a taster tray filled with haunting qualities – and tour of the brewery while you're at it. Widow’s Day happens only at Thompson; you’ll have to wait another week to taste Black Widow anywhere else. 16-oz. cans of the Widow will be available ONLY at Thompson on this day.
