He’s been part of the brewing industry since 1995 and brewed at the Thompson Brewery & Public House in Salem, but is best known for his beer creations at Monroe, where he has manned the helm since this location's first brew in October of 2006. Choose from our 20 rotating taps of McMenamins' and guest breweries handcrafted offerings, including cider and high-gravity selections. Kegs/Cornelius Cans $120/15.5 gallon plus refundable keg and equipment deposits At select breweries we can also fill Cornelius canisters. Call the brewery to make arrangements. You will need to bring your clean canister and leave it with the brewer for filling. You cannot just drop in and get a canister filled unannounced. Current pricing on Cornelius canisters is $50 for 5 gallons, $30 for 3 gallons. If you have a different size Cornelius canister figure on $10 per gallon.
