Coolship No. 5
This special Wild Ale was a collaboration with the Edgefield gardeners. Made with estate-grown miniature melons and blackberries, it was spontaneously fermented in American oak and aged on fruit. After brewing, the beer is cooled in open-air 'coolships' allowing contact with native, wild yeast. This beer is tart, fruity and one of a kind.

Great Uncle Jim Irish Coffee Stout
Great Uncle Jim McMenamin, in his rambling old Portland house, had near-flawless specimens of rose-colored light bulbs - the perfect balance of pink, brown, orange, white and gold. And in a perfect balance of whiskey barrel-aged coffee, lactose, hops and malt, this rich, roasty, full-bodied Irish Coffee Stout is an ode to Great Uncle Jim.

Ambassador Dreamcloud's Cosmic Adventure
Imagine stepping onto a brilliant tied-and-dyed bus full of warm aromas, ready for a wild escapade. You just might see a moderately bitter darkness that's as smooth as silk. This crazy, cosmic adventure will eventually provide delectable flavors of candied fruit, with rich notes of sherry, tobacco and leather bound books. IPA IPA
IPA IPA is a Double IPA and our first batch in tank since November! A jam packed mash tun of Pale and and 2 row malt gives IPA IPA its full body and warm character. Classic C hops in the boil (Chinook, Cascade and Centennial) lend hop balance to this high gravity brew. A balanced combination of C hops and tropical leaning hops added in the dry hoping phase lend complex flavor and aroma.

O'Connell Burst Irish Red Ale
A classic Irish-style Red Ale brewed to be crisp and balanced with a lightly accentuated malty, caramel character.

Fluffy Cloud Hazy IPA
This hazy, big-bodied IPA has notes of sweet peach on the nose and flavors of berries and blossoms throughout. This is the smoothest hazy IPA we've brewed yet, so tilt your glass with eyes upward and enjoy this fluffy cloud.
