Launched in the foothills of Beaverton in 1990, the Oak Hills Brewery, like the Lighthouse before it, put the Brewer in the closest thing to a fishbowl among Portland breweries; it's nearly impossible for any customer to escape the action during the brewing process. Currently staffed by resident Brewer Dan Black, you can count on Oak Hills' tap board to have a full range of interesting styles.
