Fresh Mosaic Hops from the fields of Oregon's Sodbuster Farms were rushed to the Edgefield within hours of the hops being picked. We then froze them using liquid nitrogen and shattered them to expose the resins and essential oils inside. This beer is packed with aromas of fresh stone fruit, blueberries, and mango.
