Made of
barley and caramel malts co-mingling with lactobacillus and Brettanomyces
yeasts then transferred into brandy barrels to age for up to a year during an
extended Brettanomyces lambicus fermentation. The brandy barrels and
wild yeast fermentation give El Cuatro a plum & cherry fruitiness balanced
by the slight toast of the malt body.

Entering
the colder months, we were looking for a beer to keep us warm as we continue
the fun into the evening. What better way than with a bold, in-your-face
Imperial Stout?! It's thick, roasted, chocolatey and bitter, and if you're
patient you'll be able to fully experience the depths of flavors as the beer
warms. Sip slowly and enjoy!

Brewed with
a rich blend of specialty malts, this rustic English barleywine was matured in
bourbon barrels that were emptied and then used to age maple syrup. These
unique barrels lend vanilla, maple, and a gentle minerality to the base beer's
caramel and dried fruit character.

Imperial Blood Orange Milkshake Sour
This beer
is sweet, tart, tangy, and Imperial-strength. Soured in the kettle with the
dark forces of live cultures from Nancy's Organic
Kefir, then sweetened with lactose and vanilla for a rich finish that
just begs you to strike down a pint. Blood Orange and Tangerine purees add a
planet-smashing citrus blast.

This
strong, yet light bodied ale is inspired by Duvel - THE original Belgian Strong
Golden Ale. The bouquet of Four Devils is sweet with a mild alcohol presence

The
Mandalorian (Redux)
We decided
to ressurect an old recipe from 2015 and give it a new modern twist. We
fermented this bad boy on a Kveik yeast strain at 95 degrees! This high
temperature fermentation pumps out delicious fruity esters. If that weren't
enough, we hit it with a heavy dry hop of Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe hops.

Our
Imperial Brown, aged in single malt scotch barrels, is a complex, malty beer.

Imperial IPA makes its initial impression with an aroma of citrus and tropical

finish allows the overall flavor of the beer to be thoroughly enjoyed.

Ain't It
the Life DIPA
This
Imperial IPA uses over 500 pounds of grain in the mash giving this beer a light
orange color. Three different hops at the end of the boil and in dry-hopping
give it great flavors of mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, pine and citrus
without lasting bitterness.

Dexter's Sour Gummiberry Juice
Dr. Dexter
was a pharmacist who was down on his luck, before a gummi bear slipped into the
human realm and poured gummijuice into his latest concoction. This kettle sour
was conditioned on loads of gummi bears and will induce a tooti-fruity fantasy

We started
with a bold sweet stout recipe featuring a ton of lactose and a lengthy two and
half hour boil. From there we added tasty cocoa nibs from Ecuador and delicious
El Salvadoran coffee beans.

Cookies and Cream Porter
We ventured over to Kobold Brewing in Redmond to brewed this special Oreo-inspired beer with brewer/owner Steve Anderson. Made with a ton lactose and various delicious dark malts, this beer will make you question if you should have it with dinner or for dessert.

After much
deliberating with our friends at Market of Choice, we decided to recreate the
spumoni dessert in the form of a beer. We started with a thick stout brewed
