As the first brewpub on the Oregon Coast, the Lighthouse has an eclectic past and present. This fully contributes to a diverse offering when it comes to the beers crafted at the Lighthouse Brewery. The man currently leading the paddle is Gary Stallings, but before he was mashing in, Gary served as an imperative member of the front of house team. He's well-versed in the language of the Lighthouse, and is now providing you with an opportunity every other month to taste a new beer! Poco El Diablo IPA is a limited-edition variation of Hop Singular IPA. With the addition of an American Oak spiral soaked in McMenamins 2016 Devils Bit Whiskey, we've created a smooth-drinking whiskey-infused IPA that mimics a barrel-aged beer. Light, hoppy and full of whiskey flavor, this IPA is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Cheers!
