This hoppy Steam Beer was made by fermenting a lager yeast at ale temperatures, which creates a smooth, crisp, malty lager feel. A ton of hops were used throughout the boil and this brew was dry-hopped twice to provide that classic Northwest IPA hoppiness. This India Pale Steam Beer stands alone while blazing its own path. Enjoy the Super Brink IPSB!
