Winter Scotch Dinner

Join us for a scrumptious multi-course specialty dinner, hosted by the "Scotch Guy" Stuart Ramsay. A 5-course menu crafted by our executive chefs will be paired with a wide selection of scotches:

The Balvenie 12 Stories, Glendronach 12, Clynelish 14 ,Laphroaig 10 Cask Strength and Highland Park 18.

*Located in our outdoor heated tent in Delia's Garden

Menu:

Braised Chicken and Bleu Cheese Canapé
Brioche round, white wine reduction, micro greens

Creamy Spiced Lamb Stew
Greek yogurt, coriander, cardamom, ginger, red potatoes, almonds, basmati rice

Smoked Salmon Roulade
Puff pastry, lemon caper meringue, roasted red peppers, dill cream cheese

½ Roasted Cornish Hen
Sage winter squash mash, blackberry gastrique, spiced carrots

Pumpkin Torte
Chocolate ganache, orange whipped cream, cinnamon anglaise
