Anderson School Vintners Dinner

Join us for the third in our series of vintners dinners at Tavern on the Square celebrating wine and food – and the people who love them. The Northwest is home to a remarkable array of wineries, and we are delighted to host Washington’s Wit Cellars. Savor a multi-course dinner alongside wines from Wit, and hear the winery’s representative discusses the vintages.  

Menu:

Oyster Duo
fresh shucked, cucumber mignonette, lightly grilled with tarragon butter
paired with Sparkling Pinot Gris

Seared Salmon
heirloom melon salad, coriander vinaigrette
paired with Rosé

Beef Carpaccio
baby arugula, purple potato chips
paired with Petite Verdot

Pheasant
chanterelle mushrooms, coffee infused butter
paired with Cabernet Sauvignon

Grilled Flank Steak
Snake River Farms Gold Series Wagyu, Anderson Garden chimichurri
paired with Malbec

Cheese Course
grilled apricot, chili-toasted marcona almonds
paired with Late Harvest Riesling
