Edgefield Winery Summer Wine Dinner

Summer is finally here and it's time for summer wine. Rosé, Pinot Gris, Viognier, Pinot Noir and more. Paired with a wonderful menu by our executive chef and hosted by Edgefield winemaker Davis Palmer.

Menu:

Soup 
Summer squash with basil and parmesan.

Appetizer
Cured meats and imported cheese board.

Salad
Stuffed poached pear with goat cheese and mascarpone. Red leaf, watercress and hazelnut brittle.

Main
Venison tenderloin with Tomato mushroom Jus and black rice risotto .

Dessert
Chocolate torte with coconut gelato and cherries.
