Hosted by spirits aficionado Breck Taylor, we’ll pair whiskey from around the world with the five-course chef’s menu below, and will also pour Woodford Rye and George Dickel 9-Year Barrel Select.

MENU

Butternut squash bisque with a roasted red pepper reduction & edible flowers
paired with Blade and Bow Bourbon

Seared scallops with bacon in a lemon-butter sauce
served with Suntory Yamazaki 12-Year

Rainbow chard and goat cheese salad topped with fresh figs & a ginger-honey dressing
paired with Crown Royal Reserve

Pork Roulade stuffed with prosciutto spinach & basil, served with roasted asparagus
paired with Oban 14-Year Single Malt

Crème Brulée
paired with Slane Irish Whiskey
