McMenamins has been crafting cider to serve in our pubs since 1992, offering clean, crisp flavors that highlight the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Using quality juices pressed from neighboring orchards in the Columbia River Gorge, we craft this gluten-free cider year-round at Edgefield Winery. Come on down to the Bottle Shop while we pour samples of our latest seasonal cider. We'll also be offering a taster tray, so join us and find your new favorite!
Pale yellow gold in color, Edgefield Hard Cider has aromas of fresh apple, apple skin, and pie spices. Lively on the tongue, fresh apple flavor dominates with hints of pear and honey. Crisp and refreshing, the sweetness in this semi-sweet cider is balanced out by tart acidity.ABV: 6.80
Bright and refreshing with aromas of fresh white peach, this dry, summery offering is a wonderful cider for sipping on a hot day or pairing with a light meal. We co-fermented peach puree with apple juice, then aged the resulting cider in white Muscat Port barrels for 4 weeks, adding subtle floral aromatics.ABV: 6.50
Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.ABV: 6.80
A bright strawberry, garnet color gives hint to the tartness of the cranberry, which is at the forefront of this new winter release. The tartness is supported by underlying citrus flavors coming from orange and tangerine juices. Try pairing it with holiday meals, especially turkey and dressing!Fruit: Red Delicious, Honeycrisp, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Fuji, Opal, Gala, Jonagold, Newtown Pippins, Cripps Pink, Orange, Cranberry, TangerineABV: 6.70
