Celebrate spring and margarita season with our special Tequila Dinner, featuring a 5-course menu specially crafted by Executive Chef Matt Schumaker-Meyers. 

Hosted by Hoke Harden and tasting a wide selection of Tequila featuring Herradura Silver, Milagro Select Barrel Reposado, Casamigos Anejo and Don Julio 1942 Anejo. 

Kick off the night with a Herradura Cucumber Margarita and close the evening with a Paloma cocktail.

Overnight lodging package: $345-$395 includes Tequila dinner for two, lodging and breakfast the next day.

Course one
Mixiotes De Nopales Y Camarones – Cactus Paddle And Shrimp Packages – Shrimp, chorizo and cactus paddle wrapped in parchment paper and served with fresh tomatillo salsa
Paired with Herradura Silver

Course two
Platanos Rellenos De Jaiba – Crab-Stuffed Plantains – Fried crab and plantains served on a banana leaf
Paired with Milagro Select Barrel Reposado

Course three
Pozole Rojo Estilo Jalisco – Jalisco-style Red Pozole – Pork belly, ancho chile, hominy and radish soup
Paired with Casamigos Anejo

Course Four
Filete De Res En Frio Con Mayonesa De Chipotle – Beef Tenderloin With Chipotle Mayonnaise – Served with a watercress and arugula salad
