The Garage Series is a testament to those Brewers and Breweries that came before us in the grand design and paved a path that is worthy of some recognition. This is the final chapter in O'Kanes Garage Series. This beer was originally brewed by Greg Balch in 2004 at the Hillsdale Brewery. Originally brewed as a regular IPA, this recipe got a bigger kick when brewed on our system here at Old St. Francis School. It's packed with bold hops that leave heavy notes of herbal spices and grapefruit; the perfect companion for the fall weather.
