322 is a genre-bending group from the greater Seattle area. Originally founded by Saxophonist BrandonLee Cierley; the band now includes keyboardist Joshua Vancleave, guitarist Ian Crocker, drummer Joel Bozich and bassist Sean Murphy. The name of the group was inspired by the rehearsal room that brought the members together at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA. The shared vision of the group was to create a sound that transcended the boundaries of traditional jazz by drawing from modern influences in different genres.

The Pacific Northwest has allowed 322’s vision to come to fruition as the band has played at historic jazz venues including The Royal Room, Triple Door Musicquarium, Tula’s Restaurant and Jazz Club, Northwest Folklife and Live Studio Sessions on 88.5 KNKX. Currently the band is performing at venues across the Seattle-Tacoma area.

“Emergence”, the band’s long awaited first album was recorded at Pacific Lutheran University and released September 2017. The sophomore album “322” was released November 2018.
