Joe has over ten years of experience writing, performing, recording music and booking, promoting, and managing live music events in the Willamette Valley. Joe was a founding member of his band KTR and KTR Entertainment LLC, launching a website www.rockwithktr.com, a Studio Demo in 2009 and three major events; Keizer Labor Day Music Fest, Valley Summer Rock Fest and The Material at The Elsinore Theater. The company and band eventually dissolved and Joe continued under Joe Kyle Entertainment and his new band The Folly in 2010. Joe and his band play various venues around the PNW. He is currently writing music, recording, and booking live shows with The Folly and as a solo acoustic act with his namesake Joe Kyle. He also hosts a podcast called Music Makers, a live stream conversation with music industry members. He is also working with local nonprofit, The Salem Drop. He is currently launching the Youth Music Initiative, bringing free access to musical instruments and recording capabilities to youth of the local community.
