Singer-songwriters Joe Suskind and Crystal Lariza are the heart of Never Come Down. Built on bluegrass instrumentation, the band forms a blend of country, folk and soulful Americana. The duo comes from different musical backgrounds, Joe having played bluegrass and country and Crystal growing up in folk rock and soul. Sharing one mic, the two have an energy reminiscent of June Carter and Johnny Cash. The band released their debut self-titled fall of 2018. Shortly after they performed in Reykjavik, playing the opening event for Iceland Airwaves and have been touring throughout the US since. Their newest album, Better Late Than Never, is due out this fall.
