When genius strikes, McMenamins brewers can’t hold it back, so we’ve created our Captain Neon series to capture it. These IPAs are released at the whim of our brewers, and each batch is its own inspired IPA showcase.

Unleash the Kraken Hazy Double IPA (CODE NAME: unleash the kraken)
Anderson School Brewery
Named in honor of our new NHL team, this monstrous fruit forward Hazy Double IPA boasts a big malt body along with hop flavors of candied citrus, pine, dragonfruit and red grapefruit.
Malts: 2 Row, Munich, Rolled Oats
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo

Flurry New England IPA (CODE NAME: flurry)
Edgefield Brewery
Hazy, juicy and excessively dry-hopped, Flurry is Edgefield Brewery's take on the New England style IPA. Flurry was made with rolled oats and wheat to assist with haze formation, dry-hopped with huge amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe
Malts: Pilsen, Pale, Vienna, Rolled Oats, Wheat
Hops: Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe
